We accept all the following forms of payment:

• Credit/Debit

Please let us know if you have any questions or special circumstance. 

I ask for at least 24 hours advance notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment; otherwise, a full treatment fee may be assessed. Emergency cancellations are excluded from this policy as is extreme weather conditions. Either of these conditions would need to be approved by me (Dr. Tripodi) upon notice.

The treatment that is planned for you is specific to you. It is important for you to keep your scheduled dates and time. A broken appointment is a loss to three people --- the patient who missed the valuable time, the patient who could have taken the valuable time; and me the doctor who was fully prepared and available for the appointment as you had scheduled.

Note: All cancellation fees must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. Also, I am flexible
regarding time changes if the requested slot is available and can be agreed upon. Please know that I will
work with you regarding a potential fee if you are able to make up the missed appointment within 2
working days. In, addition arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment is considered a missed
appointment, without a heads-up phone call.
